Your posts are working. Your calendar link isn’t.
Put a short video between the post and the booking. It answers the question your post raised, asks what you would have asked in the first ten minutes anyway, and sends only the people worth an hour through to your calendar.
One live funnel and 25 leads a month, free. No card.
A few questions
What are you trying to fix?
How soon?
What is it worth?
Apply for a call
The post got the most traffic. The DMs got the money.
Two of your four most interested people never filled in a form.
The hard part was never the attention.
You have done the difficult thing already. People read you, and some of them have the exact problem you solve. What happens between that and a signed engagement is where it falls apart, and it usually falls apart in three places.
They engage, then nothing happens.
A calendar link asks a stranger to give up an hour before you have made the case for it. Most people close the tab. The ones who do book are guessing about you as much as you are about them.
The calls you get are the wrong calls.
Thirty minutes to find out there is no budget, no timeline, and no decision to make. You cannot get the half-hour back, and you cannot build a week out of them.
You cannot tell which post brought the client.
So you cannot do it again on purpose. Something worked in March and by April there is no way to know what it was, which means every week starts from nothing.
An afternoon to set up. Then it runs.
Four decisions, in order, each on its own screen with the page you are building shown beside it. Nothing to drag, nothing to wire together.
Walk through the whole thing- 01
Record the answer to the question your post raised
Two minutes is plenty. Record it here with your script scrolling beside the lens, or point at a video you already have.
- 02
Ask the three things you always end up asking
The questions you would have spent the first ten minutes of the call on. Answers come back scored, so you are reading a conclusion rather than a form.
- 03
Send each kind of person somewhere different
Best fits get your calendar. The maybes get a real reply. Everyone else gets an honest no and something useful — which is how you stay someone worth following.
- 04
Share one link per post, DM, or profile
Every lead keeps the route it arrived by, all the way through to the deal. At the end of the month the numbers tell you what to do more of.
A calendar link is a door with no window.
Someone either walks through it or they don’t, and either way you learn nothing. Here is what each one can tell you the morning after a post goes out.
A calendar link
- Who watched and never got in touch
- How much of it they actually sat through
- Which post, DM, or comment they came from
- Whether they are worth an hour before you spend one
- What to write to them next
This, instead
- Everyone who watched, named where you know them
- Where in the video you lose people, and what you were saying
- The exact link they clicked, kept through to the deal
- A score from their own answers, and the reasoning behind it
- A first draft in your voice, sent when you press send
Watch depth needs a player that reports it. Upload your video here and you get all of this. Link a YouTube video and you get all of it except the automatic transcript — paste your script and that works too. Loom, Wistia, and other embeds only report that somebody pressed play.
Enough to change what you do next week.
0:38 — “It’s twelve thousand a quarter, paid up front.”
You said the price before you said what it was worth.
The exact sentence that loses them
Not “62% average watch time” — a specific moment, with the words you were saying when half the room left. Usually it is the price arriving before the value does. Once you can see it, it is a twenty-minute fix.
The post got the most traffic. The DMs got the money.
Which post actually paid
The one with the most traffic is very often not the one that produced the money. Because every lead keeps the link it came in through, all the way to a closed deal, you find that out in a glance instead of a guess.
Straight to your calendar
Answers first, then you decide
An honest no, and something useful
A calendar you are glad to open
People answer a few questions before they can book, and their own answers decide what happens next. Strong fits go straight through. Everyone else gets a real reply rather than a slot you both regret.
“You watched the whole thing and said the hiring plan is the bottleneck — here’s the one question I’d want answered before we talk.”
Follow-up you will actually send
Drafted from what they watched and what they told you, in your own phrasing. It waits for you. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf while you are asleep, because the fastest way to burn a reputation you spent years building is a robot writing in your name.
Anyone whose wrong meeting costs more than an hour.
Consultants and fractional operators. Agencies taking on retainers. Coaches with a programme worth protecting. If your work is priced high enough that fit matters more than volume, the path from a post to a call deserves more than a link in your bio.
Find your situation“If LinkedIn is creating the demand, stop handing it to a blank calendar.”
The gap between a good post and a good client is a conversation you have not had yet. This is the version of that conversation you only have to record once.
Including the ones that put you off.
If this is the wrong shape for how you sell, it is cheaper for both of us that you find out on this page.
Does this post to LinkedIn for me?+
No — and it will not message, comment, or scrape on your behalf either. You share the link yourself, the way you already share things. Everything after the click is what this handles. Anything that automates your account is a good way to lose it, and it is not worth the risk to you.
Do I have to record something new?+
No. Point at a video you already have and the page will use it. If you would rather record fresh, you can do it here with your script scrolling beside the lens, which is usually faster than the third take of talking from memory.
Does it matter whether I upload the video or link to one?+
For the numbers, yes. Uploading gives you everything: watch depth per person, the second-by-second drop-off, automatic captions, and the transcript that the drop-off is read against. A linked YouTube video gives you all of that except the automatic transcript — paste your script and it works the same. Loom, Wistia, and other embeds will only tell you that somebody pressed play, so watch depth, drop-off, and holding the form back until they have watched are all unavailable there. Everything that is not about the player — the questions, the scoring, the routing, which post they came from, the follow-up — works identically whichever you pick.
Isn't this just a landing page?+
A landing page can tell you somebody visited. This tells you who watched, how far they got, which post they came from, what they said about their own situation, and whether that adds up to an hour of your time. Then it keeps that link intact all the way to the deal.
Won't an extra step cost me bookings?+
Yes, on purpose. Fewer people book, and far more of the ones who do are real. If you would rather have volume than fit, a calendar link in your bio is genuinely the better tool and it is free.
I already use a CRM. Do I have to move?+
No. Work out of the inbox here if it is enough, or keep your CRM and let leads flow into it as they arrive. Nothing here wants to be the only place your business lives.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. One live funnel and 25 leads a month, with the whole builder — no crippled trial version. Upgrade when a funnel has earned it.
Your next post deserves somewhere better to land.
Set it up this afternoon, put the link in tomorrow’s post, and by the end of the week you will know which one was worth writing.
